★追加したい機能
・フォームの初期値に当日の実績のデータを反映させる。
・フォームを数値入力でなくチェックボックスにしたい。
・ロールバック機能をつけたい。（誤入力対策）
・カラムも追加できるようにしたい。
・スマホからのアクセスを前提にしたデザインにしたい。（フォームが小さい）
